Bus services (Kuo-Kuang and others) also connect central Taipei to Taoyuan for around TWD $125, but are slower.Taxis from Taipei city centre cost TWD $1,200–1,600 depending on traffic; the national freeway (No. 2) is the standard driving route. Self-drive parking is available in multi-storey structures at both terminals.

Grab (Philippines ride-share) is a reliable alternative at ₱200–450 to Makati or BGC.Terminal 1, 2, 3, and 4 are not connected by a common transit link; confirm which terminal you arrive at well in advance. To BGC: ₱200–350, 20–40 min off-peak. To Manila Hotel area: ₱150–200, 30–60 min. Rental cars are available but driving in Manila is not recommended for the unfamiliar.
