A flight status describes where a flight is in its journey, from scheduled through landed. Here is what each state on this checker means and how to read it.

Scheduled
The flight is planned and has not departed yet. The times shown are the published schedule.
On time
The flight is running within a few minutes of its scheduled departure and arrival.
Delayed
A scheduled time has slipped. The checker labels whether the delay is on departure or arrival, and by how many minutes.
In air
The flight has departed and is en route. An arrival estimate is shown when the airline publishes one.
Landed
The flight has reached its destination, and the actual arrival time replaces the estimate.
Diverted
The flight landed somewhere other than its scheduled destination, usually for weather, a medical, or an operational reason.
Canceled
The flight will not operate. Contact the airline for rebooking options.

Enter the airline code and flight number from your booking or boarding pass. If the same flight number has multiple segments that day, you can add the departure airport to select one directly.

The arrival estimate is later than the scheduled arrival. The checker labels the number as an arrival delay so it is clear what the minutes refer to.

An airline can reuse a flight number for multiple segments on the same date. The current or most relevant segment appears first, with the other same-day segments available below it.

Yes. Departure and arrival times use the local time published for each airport.
