Direct flights from Tokyo Narita and Haneda to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK) run about 6 hours 30 minutes on Thai Airways, ANA, JAL, and several low-cost carriers including Zipair and Thai AirAsia X. Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, and Sapporo also have direct service. Thailand uses the Thai baht (THB), trading at roughly 0.23 THB per JPY. Airport Rail Link from BKK to central Bangkok takes 30 minutes for THB 45. No vaccination requirements. Grab is the ride-hail app of choice.
Keikyu Line from Shinagawa reaches Haneda in 13 minutes (¥310). Tokyo Monorail from Hamamatsucho takes 15–22 minutes (¥500). Both run frequently from 5am to midnight. Haneda's central location makes it by far the most convenient Tokyo airport.Taxis from central Tokyo cost ¥3,500–5,500 depending on destination and traffic.
