Driving via Jihe Expressway and the airport spur takes 50–70 minutes in normal conditions. The greater distance from the city means surface travel times are longer than at the former airport.
MARTA Gold Line connects the airport to downtown Atlanta (16 min, $2.50) and Buckhead (30 min). Taxis have a flat rate of $30 to downtown, $38 to Buckhead. Ride-shares are typically $20–35.
