Terminal 5 (international) is separate from Terminals 1–3; allow extra time for inter-terminal transfers.
MRT from T1/T2/T3 to City Hall takes about 30 minutes (S$2.20–2.50 with EZ-Link card). Trains run from 5:31am to midnight. For Terminal 4, take the free inter-terminal shuttle bus to T2 first.
