Saudi passport holders enter Morocco visa-free for up to 90 days. No fee, no advance application. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entry. At Mohammed V International Airport (CMN) in Casablanca or Marrakech Menara (RAK), Saudi nationals receive a stamp and are through quickly. Fill out the white arrival card with your name, passport number, and hotel address before reaching the immigration counter.

The 90-day stay cannot be extended as a tourist. For longer stays, apply for a residence permit at the local police station before the 90 days expire. Overstaying triggers a fine at departure. Arabic is the official language alongside Amazigh (Berber), and Saudi visitors communicate effortlessly in Modern Standard Arabic. Moroccan Darija (dialect) differs from Gulf Arabic but is mutually intelligible for everyday needs. French is the main business and secondary language.

Direct flights from Jeddah to Casablanca run about 6 hours on Saudia and Royal Air Maroc, with increased frequency during Hajj and Umrah seasons. Riyadh to Casablanca runs about 7 hours. Marrakech, Tangier, and Fez connect through Casablanca or via Istanbul and European hubs. Morocco uses the Moroccan dirham (MAD), trading at roughly 2.65 MAD per SAR 1. Card payments work at hotels, restaurants, and shops in cities. Carry cash for souqs, taxis, and smaller towns. No mandatory vaccinations. The Al Boraq high-speed train connects Casablanca to Tangier in 2 hours 10 minutes (from MAD 149, about SAR 56). Marrakech is 2 hours 30 minutes from Casablanca by regular train (MAD 90). Petit taxis within cities cost MAD 10 to MAD 30 per trip.
