Polish passport holders enter Greece freely as EU and Schengen zone citizens. No visa, no time limit, no border control. Bring your Polish passport or national ID card. Flights between Poland and Greece are intra-Schengen with no immigration checks on arrival.

Seasonal routes from Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk, and Katowice serve Thessaloniki, Heraklion (Crete), Rhodes, Corfu, Zakynthos, and Santorini on Wizz Air, Ryanair, and charter airlines. Greece uses the euro, trading at roughly 4.3 PLN per EUR 1. Card payments work in cities and tourist areas, but carry cash for smaller islands, tavernas, and beach vendors. No mandatory vaccinations. Ferries from Athens Piraeus to the Cyclades cost EUR 30 to EUR 70 in economy (book at ferries.gr). Island-hopping by ferry runs on a seasonal schedule, with the widest selection from May to October.
