Metro Red Line from T1 (Airport Terminal 1 station) or T3 (Airport Terminal 3 station) to central Dubai. BurJuman: 20 min; Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa: 23 min. Fare is AED 6.50–10. Metro runs from 5:30am; early morning arrivals may need to wait. T2 is not served by metro; RTA buses run to Al Ghubaiba (Bus 402) for AED 3.Taxis from DXB to Downtown Dubai cost AED 35–55 (airport taxi surcharge applies). Careem and Uber operate from designated zones. Ride-hails must be booked via app; street hailing is not permitted in terminal areas.

Dubai Climate

Desert climate, hot, dry, and sunny virtually year-round. Summers (June–September) are extreme: 38–48°C with high humidity near the coast.
