Harbin Metro Line 3 connects the city centre and Harbin Railway Station to Taiping International Airport in 40–50 minutes for CNY 6–10, running from around 06:00 to 22:30. Airport shuttle buses also operate from major city hotels and the railway station for CNY 20. The airport is about 33 km west of the city centre.DiDi and taxis from downtown cost CNY 60–100 depending on traffic. In winter, factor in additional time for road conditions; Harbin is one of China's coldest cities and ice and snow on approach roads can significantly slow travel. Driving via Airport Expressway takes 35–55 minutes.
Careem and Uber serve the airport at AED 45–70 to downtown Abu Dhabi (25–40 min). Official taxis at the curb: AED 50–80. Bus E101 to Central Bus Station costs AED 4 and takes 45 minutes but runs infrequently; verify schedule before relying on it.For Dubai: shared taxis from the airport cost AED 75–100/seat; private taxis AED 200–350 (90–120 min).
