EZ-Link or SimplyGo contactless cards work on all MRT trains and buses, with fares from SGD 0.92 to SGD 2.20 per trip. Changi Airport to city center takes 30 minutes on the MRT for SGD 2.20. MRT from T1/T2/T3 to City Hall takes about 30 minutes (S$2.20–2.50 with EZ-Link card). Trains run from 5:31am to midnight. For Terminal 4, take the free inter-terminal shuttle bus to T2 first.
Taxis from arrivals cost S$20–35 to Orchard or Marina Bay, including airport surcharge (S$5) and possible peak surcharges. Grab is cheaper and very reliable in Singapore. Coach buses serve Johor Bahru (Malaysia) from the airport.
