Moroccan passport holders need a Schengen visa to enter Spain. Apply at the Spanish Consulate in Rabat, Casablanca, Tangier, Nador, Tetouan, or Larache, or through BLS International. Direct flights from Casablanca to Madrid run about 1 hour 30 minutes on Royal Air Maroc and Iberia. Casablanca to Barcelona runs about 2 hours. Ryanair, Vueling, and Air Arabia Maroc operate routes from Tangier, Marrakech, Fez, and Nador to multiple Spanish cities. Ferries cross the Strait of Gibraltar from Tangier Med to Algeciras in about 1 hour (FRS and Trasmediterranea, from EUR 35 one-way). Spain uses the euro. No mandatory vaccinations.
