Ride-hail via Careem is widely available and comparable to taxis. Traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road is heavy during morning and evening rush.
TITSA bus Line 111 serves Santa Cruz de Tenerife (€7.65, 60 min) and stops at major resort towns along the way. For Playa de las Américas or Los Cristianos, Line 111/116 runs €1.65–3 and takes 20–30 minutes.Taxis to the southern resorts cost €15–25 (15–25 min). To Santa Cruz: €40–55. All major rental car companies operate from TFS; desks are in the arrivals hall with cars in the adjacent lot. The TF-1 motorway connects the airport directly to resort zones and the capital.
