Poland uses the Polish zloty (PLN), trading at roughly 4.3 PLN per EUR 1. Card payments are accepted nearly everywhere. No vaccination requirements. Hungary and Poland share a historically close relationship, and Hungarian tourists are well received. Hungarian driving licenses are valid throughout the stay.
